Choose the right business management strategy

The BNS SX module supports strategic business management using the Balanced Scorecard methodology, which facilitates the creation of strategic business objectives and at the same time enables their linkage to performance indicators (KPIs) and tactical reports.

BNS SX supports:

  • creation of a strategic map with a breakdown into strategic objectives (support for the creation, management and updating of the company’s strategic plan with a focus on visualization in the form of strategic maps broken down by the company’s organizational structure, including the ability to warn in advance of impending project risks that could adversely affect economic results).
  • planning and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) for strategic management (the difference between planned and actual values of indicators depending on the specific objective selected).
  • setting up and monitoring strategic projects to meet individual KPIs, projects will be created directly in the BNS SX module for strategic management. Tracking project time lines and costs, assigning capacity, internal and external costs to projects and monitoring project performance against strategic objectives. KPIs are visualized within management dashboards.
